THE GREEN ONION CAKE MAN It would be an understatement to say that green onion cakes are cherished by locals - in fact, they are so popular that there was even a movement to make them the official dish of Edmonton! The Green Onion Cake Man himself, Siu To, is actually believed to be the person who first introduced this crispy, onion- filled snack to the city many years ago. Pair your savoury cakes with Szechuan beef, Lemon Chicken, and Chow Mein to complete your meal. Delicious!
